Using the Microphones (Marian Hall, Rooms A&B Separate)
1. Go to the AV closet to get the microphones you need from the drawer in the equipment rack. Rooms A & B each have one wireless handheld and once wireless lapel mic. Grab the microphones for the room you're using.
2. Turn on the microphones and check that the power light turns green. If it is red (or doesn't light at all), replace the batteries. Extras are kept in a plastic case in the drawer. Batteries can also be obtained from the closet behind the building's front desk by the receptionist.
3. Go to the touchscreen for your room.
4. If you see the screen below, the group before you left the system on. Turn the system off so we can start fresh.
5. Hit the big start button, then choose "Rooms A&B Separate" since Marian Hall is operating as two smaller, separate rooms.
6. To adjust volume, go to the touchscreen and use the microphone volume controls on the right side of the touchscreen.
When finished:
Turn microphones off and return them to the drawer in the AV closet's equipment rack.
On the touchscreen, hit the red "System Shut Down" button and confirm.
