Playing Bluetooth Audio from a phone or other device (Marian Hall, Rooms A&B Combined)
1. Go to the touchscreen at the front of the room. If you see the screen below, the group before you left the system on. Turn the system off so we can start fresh.
2. Hit the big START button, then choose "Rooms A&B Combined" since Marian Hall is operating as one large, combined room.
3. Unmute Bluetooth using the controls at the bottom right of the touchscreen:
4. Go to the AV closet.
5. Locate the Bluetooth Receiver in the equipment rack and locate the pairing button:
6. Press and hold the pairing button for five seconds to unpair it from any previously-used devices. It’s possible that nothing may happen here. That’s okay—just continue.
7. Briefly press and release the pair button. The green light should be blinking faster now, indicating that it is now in pairing mode.
8. In your device’s Bluetooth settings, pair it with the device named “DN-300BR”. Use passcode 0000 if you’re asked for one.
To adjust volume, use the Bluetooth Volume controls on the touchscreen.
When finished:
If you used the microphones, turn them off and return them to the drawer in the AV rack.
Shut System Down using the red "System Shut Down" button on the upper right of the touchscreen.
