Using the Microphones (Guardian Angels Hall)
1. Go to the touchscreen by the front of the room. If you see the screen below, the group before you left the system on. Turn the system off so we can start fresh.
2. Hit the big start button.
3. Go to the AV closet to get the microphones you need. One wireless handheld microphone and one wireless lapel microphone are in the drawer in the equipment rack. Feel free to use the mic stand.
4. Turn on the microphones and check that the power light turns green. If it is red (or doesn't light at all), replace the batteries. Extras are kept in a plastic case in the drawer. Batteries can also be obtained from the closet behind the building's front desk by the receptionist.
5. To adjust volume, go to the touchscreen and use the microphone volume controls on the right side of the touchscreen.
When finished:
Turn microphones off and return them to the drawer in the AV closet's equipment rack.
On the touchscreen, hit the red "System Shut Down" button and confirm.
