Showing a Blu-Ray/DVD

Locate the Vizio TV remote and turn on the TV.
Locate the Samsung Blu-Ray/DVD remote and turn on the player.
On the TV remote, press the INPUT button and select "Blu-Ray/DVD".

Ensure that the Blu-Ray/DVD player is on.
Ensure that the TV input is set to "Blu-Ray/DVD"
Look on the back of the DVD player and ensure someone did not disconnect it

Look on the back of the DVD player and make sure all cables are plugged in.
Is the TV muted?

Point the remote at a different part of the TV.
Find a staff member and we will help you get new batteries. (Batteries are replaced regularly, so this isn't typically necessary.)
